1. Take a clear photo of your most recent power bill (front & back) and of your switchboard. You can also attach a PDF of your power bill if you prefer. These can be separate files and uploaded one at a time.
2. Upload it to our SSL 128bit encrypted secured page.
3. Click ‘Send files’ and you’re done!

Spend those extra couple of minutes and take a clear picture of your bills and meter to save us asking for it again. Here are some examples.

  • Upload your bill front and back
  • Make sure all photos are clear
  • Don’t take your switchboard images from too far away
  • Don’t take a photo too close of only your meter, we need to be able to read the NMI number.
